KetoLogger is a user-friendly application designed to assist users in efficiently logging and visualizing their ketone and glucose readings. The app offers a simple and intuitive interface for entering glucose and ketone readings, supporting both mg/dL and mmol/L glucose units.
 
In addition, KetoLogger allows users to import CSV files from the KetoMojo meter app, making it convenient to transfer data across platforms. The graph tab provides a visual representation of glucose versus ketone readings through a line graph, allowing users to assess their progress at a glance. Users can easily navigate between different date ranges to gain the most comprehensive insight into their health journey. 
 
The history view feature enables users to review their readings, with options to view either glucose, ketones, or both in paired form. This paired view also calculates the Glucose Ketone Index (GKI), providing users with valuable information. KetoLogger also facilitates data export in CSV format through two selectable options, allowing users to conveniently access and analyze their data externally.
 
A noteworthy feature is the "backup manager," which retains the previous versions of the database for easy restoration or exportation. Moreover, users can easily share their database across multiple devices, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

Although GKI graphing is not currently available, the app developer emphasizes that graphing ketones versus glucose inherently creates a visual GKI representation. KetoLogger originated from the developer's personal experience, as a family member followed a ketogenic diet for health reasons. Recognizing the challenge of manually logging and graphing ketones in a spreadsheet, the developer created KetoLogger to enable anyone with an iOS device to conveniently monitor and visualize their ketone and glucose readings. Notably, the developer has personally followed a low-carb/ketogenic diet since approximately 2003.
